I’ve been sketching my older brother John for as long as I can remember. This is a recent painting of him. He’s wearing a knitted sweater he recently inherited from my Mum.
The second image is an etching and drypoint from almost ten years before.
This painting was exhibited at the 2025 Contemporary British Portrait Painters Exhibition in London.
